Please remember that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. This rule is in place to ensure the well-being and safety of all our guests.

Guest Policy

The apartments are insured only for the individuals listed on the reservation. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed. By law, only guests who have completed check-in are permitted to stay. Failure to comply with this policy may result in serious penalties.

Care for the Facilities

We kindly ask you to treat the apartments as if they were your own home. Please use the provided bins  to dispose of all waste and help keep the space clean and pleasant for everyone.

Common Areas

The property includes a swimming pool and a barbecue area; however, these areas are currently closed and not available for use. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that the rest of your stay will be just as special thanks to the charm of the accommodation and its surroundings.
