1. Booking and Payment
The booking is considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received. Guests will receive an email confirmation with the booking details.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the type of rate booked, cancellation fees may apply. Please refer to the specific conditions at the time of booking.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Check-out: before 11:00 a.m. Modifications to these times are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Use of the Property
The apartment is to be used only by the guests listed in the booking. Parties and loud noise are not allowed, especially during rest hours (10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.).
5. Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. Financial compensation may be required in the event of damage.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless previously and explicitly authorized in writing by the property.
7. Force Majeure
The property is not liable for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or social unrest that may affect your stay.
